Orbital Welding

Orbital welding is an automated method to join metal pipes in a circular motion instead of manual welding. It is mostly fully automated to ensure consistent quality and high cleanliness. Primarily used for stainless steel, it can also be applied to nickel alloys, titanium, and other corrosion-resistant metals. Ideal for purified water systems like WFI and PW, orbital welding provides uniform, clean joints, reduces contamination, and works even in tight or hard-to-reach pipes. It complies with international standards such as ASME BPE for pharmaceutical and purified water applications.
