(Delta Care for Medical Industries) Purified Water Station

Midex for Integrated Projects and Contracting has successfully completed the design and execution of a Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment and purification plant for Delta Care Pharmaceuticals, a prominent pharmaceutical company located in the industrial area of Metopes, Kafr El-Sheikh city. The project, which stands as a testament to Midex's commitment to excellence, involved the local manufacturing of the plant, ensuring compliance with global technical specifications and standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and World Health Organization (WHO) requirements.

The plant boasts a production capacity of 1 cubic meter per hour, meeting the stringent quality and hygienic standards required for pharmaceutical applications. All aspects of the project adhered to the highest hygienic requirements, particularly in the selection of valves, pipes, and the implementation of orbital welds. To ensure optimal performance, only the best quality pumps were used, contributing to the plant’s exceptional operational efficiency and reliability.
